I'm concerned that this is simply a compatibility issue with RTX cards that hasn't been prioritized in their product roadmap.Įdit2: I ended up with other frustrating issues so I returned the television and got the LG CX which was a great decision. Unfortunately, the tech wasn't able to help me get to 120hz and escalated this one level higher and said he'd reach back out. I went back to HDMI 2 and was at that point able to once again achieve 60hz. We did some more troubleshooting and I'm not sure how, but trying HDMI 1 allowed me to successfully get to 60hz.
